United Methodist Women are in need of colored sheets in good condition, and large pieces of fabric (no knit, please). These items are needed for Camp New quilts. Quilt workshops will be held on February 7 and 21 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall

Young at Hearts meet Thursday, February 9 at 12:00 p.m. There will be no regular potluck. Refreshment time will be “cracker barrel style”. Please bring your favorite finger food. Program will be “game time”. Bring your favorite game, and a friend along with you!

Heartland District Conference Saturday, February 18 at New Life UMC in Lakeview. This event is open to all committee members, especially if you are new to the position. More information is available on the district website: umcheartland.org.

Ash Wednesday Service will be held February 22 at 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pastor Kathy will mark persons' foreheads with ashes in the sign of a cross. This reminds us “from dust we come, and to dust we will return.”
